FAQ

What should I expect during an initial consultation?

During your initial consultation, we will review your intake forms together to identify your key goals. We will work through some postural and muscle assessments, and then we will work through a personalized practice to address your personal goals and any physical concerns. You will leave with your own personal yoga plan of care to take with you.

When and where are appointments available?

What do I need to do to get ready?

You will need a device that you can use Zoom on with audio and video. You should wear comfortable clothing that you can move in freely. You will also want a quiet/private space where you can conduct your session.

You do not need a yoga mat or other yoga props, but gathering some household items that you can use as props would be helpful, e.g., books for blocks, pillows, blankets.

You will need to send your intake forms electronically to lwhite1@muih.edu (HIPAA compliant).
